I’m Donna Bordeaux with PYOPAccounting.com . Do you have a roadmap for your business? Well, most people don’t, many business owners and studio owners kind of fly by the seat of our pants every day. Their studios have suffered through having closures and lower occupancy than allowable. And that has caused a lot of financial stress on the business. And honestly, some may not be able to make it through knowing when to seek help, knowing when to pull the plug. When you should have outside forces come in to help you. Those are all really important things right now. We’ve been a partner with this industry for a long time, and I hate to see the struggles that many are going through right now. I want to make sure that you have all of the resources that you need to make good decisions and decide what’s best for you. If you’ve come to a point where you’re tired, that’s normal. Every business owner reaches that point. That doesn’t mean that you won’t get your enthusiasm back, but you’ll need to find a way to motivate yourself to get onto that next step.
