How Your Paint Your Own Pottery Studio Can Increase Revenue Per Seat in 2022
January 26, 2022 · 1 min read
One of the common key performance metrics with studios is the revenue per seat. Throughout COVID many studios have had to decrease their seating in their studios. Many used to have large tables that people could share or groups could sit at, or multiple parties would sit at.
However, through the COVID changes, many people are now hesitant to sit with someone else that they donât already know. So you may want to check your seating style and arrangements in your studio to see if you can move to smaller tables with less seats per table but still maintain the same seating.
I anticipate that youâll see more people coming to your studio, which means youâll need more seating, but you may need flexible seating is they may be less likely to sit with other people that they donât know. So take a look around your studio. Can you break up your tables into smaller tables and allow for more flexible seating arrangements?
